Physical Education at Ropery Walk
At Ropery Walk we work closely with the Easington School Sport Partnership to deliver a varied and inclusive Physical Education programme. Each year group follows an established pattern throughout the year that includes Games, Gymnastics, Athletics and more, covering a wide range of activities. We take children swimming each term and also run various clubs and participate in local competitions throughout the year.

School Dance Festival
On the last Wednesday of the Easter term the whole school took part in the annual Dance Festival. Each class had carefully prepared and practised a routine to show off to students and staff alike, and we gathered in the Sports Hall to watch each other perform. It was a wonderful event and everyone danced well, whether stepping in time to Disney songs or cartwheeling to chart hits. Look through the slideshow below to see some snaps of the classes performing!
